Safi Swiss Research’s origin story began with a fortuitous meeting between a group of Swiss entrepreneurs and an esteemed Italian academic, Professor Damiano Turini, who was widely recognized for his pioneering research ideas. Several years later, the project evolved into a thriving commercial enterprise.

PROFESSOR DAMIANO TURINI

At the young age of thirty, Professor Turini embarked on his academic career at the University of Ferrara, where he honed his expertise in the field of urinary pathologies, specifically related to renal ischemia and neoplasms. His innovative work focused on capsaicin sensitive sensory innovation of the bladder, led to a significant contribution to the research of various urinary ailments and their corresponding treatments.
